EDrawMindMap have flowcharter feature, and it is FREE, of course there is several version like eDrawMax. You must pay, but can try the trial edition.
So, for company that want to give budget to buy Visio, rather than u pirate it, please concern eDrawMindMap.
I use it, and since last month, no more MS Office family in my company. MS Project become OpenProj, MS Office become OpenOffice, Visio become eDraw.
